When I took a TAIS assessment in 2016, I was floored by its accuracy and the things I learned that I could immediately implement. 

 

The day after I took TAIS, I took my laptop to a busy bar instead of sitting at my quiet desk with background music and no distractions. I had never been more productive in my life. Instead of trying to fight my tendencies of enjoying external chaos and my hatred of boredom, TAIS gave me the permission to lean into them. 

 

This was the start of my journey with TAIS. I learned everything I could about this tool that changed my life, became a certified TAIS coach, and now spend my time bringing this clarity and direction to young professionals, teams, and leaders across various industries.  ​​​

With a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sport & Event Marketing, and a master level Certification in TAIS Coaching, I have the foundation to support clients across different industry.
