Imagine knowing how your coworkers make decisions, or being armed with an understanding of how to motivate every person on your team. Do you know who on your team needs time alone to process a new idea vs. who needs to talk it through? Are you able to communicate what you need from others and from your environment? TAIS created a common language amongst team members to understand and respect what each person needs to have to succeed, what their strengths are, and where they can leverage each other to great sustainability.
As a leader, TAIS helped you understand your people. This process provides you with a framework for team success. You will be able to assign responsibilities to the right people, tailor feedback appropriately, build more effective performance plans, and more.

How Does It Work?
➡️ Individual TAIS Assessments & Debriefs
Each teammate completes a TAIS Assessment and receives individual coaching to identify their attentional style and main influencing factors. They each leave with an increase in self-awareness and the ability to confidently communicate their strengths and blind spots.
➡️ 2 + 1 Debriefs
The leader + team mate, or any two to three groups of people who work together often, come together with their coach for a group debrief to compare profiles, assess strengths, and analyze an interaction report.
➡️Data Analysis
The team leader receives normative data on their team and a list of practical recommendations to set their team up for sustainable success and connection.
